we believe that erythritol is much safer than other processed sugars or sugar substitutes within the market. and the safest alternative approved by Health Canada. still concerned? check in with your health care professional.

we recommend consuming LIFT BAR within 6 months of purchasing. while still safe to eat after 6 months, they will become more susceptible to freezer burn.

LIFT BAR does not contain any peanuts, tree nuts, or dairy but our manufacturing facility is not nut free or dairy free. a tested wash is run after each production cycle to eliminate the risk of cross-contamination.

our recipe is dairy free but does contain egg. and though we are not certified gluten free, our products do not contain gluten.
